The superior grade OLIVAL DA RISCA Primeur olive oil is obtained directly from the biological and biodynamic olives of Herdade em Serpa. It is extracted solely by mechanical processes in the RISCA GRANDE mill using the most advanced technologies (oxidation exclusion).
Primeur is characterized by its high content of polyphenols and unsaturated fatty acids. Intense and spicy, strong and modern fruity olive oil owes its character to the green olives of the early days of harvest. Available for a limited time from November. The olive harvest was on October 15, 2019.
