Making an online purchase

In order to make a purchase at LOA, the user must do his customer registration and fill out the available data form correctly.

Once registered, the user can place an order by selecting the desired products and inserting them into the virtual shopping cart. You should follow all the described steps for the order to be successfully completed. You must validate all data, from the delivery address and invoicing, to the shipping method and payment mode.

The validation of the purchase order assumes that the customer is aware of and accepts the general use conditions of the website.

As soon as you complete your purchase, you will receive two automatic emails. The first one will provide you the order number and the order summary. The second one will request your taxpayer number for invoice issuance. The required data to make the bank transfer will also be indicated and you must reply to it by attaching the respective payment proof and indicating the order number.

Responsible Selling

Prohibition on selling alcoholic beverages to minors. Alcoholic beverages at LOA are intended for users over the age of 18, or of legal drinking age. Therefore, we do not allow the sale to minors. Our responsible selling policy implies that, at the end of your purchase, each customer accepts our terms and conditions.

It will be requested: the first name, email, password associated with the account created and also the taxpayer number for the invoice issuance.
